Provans Famili Hotel - Letnitsa

I had a fantastic experience at this family-run hotel. The owners were friendly and polite, and the younger members of the family who were celebrating Easter even invited me to join in their festivities, where I was warmly greeted with lots of food and drink. The hotel room was clean, and I appreciated the provision of an air conditioning unit and a heater for different weather conditions. The bathroom was also tidy, and I had access to a shower with hot water. the Wi-Fi signal in the room was great.

Nothing could have been better.

The prices are affordable and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near a park, perfect for taking a leisurely stroll. The rooms also come with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a good location with local shops nearby, and the WiFi signal in the room is excellent. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and there's a flat TV with USB port. the owners - although their English is poor - are friendly, welcoming and hospitable, and their daughter speaks decent English. the breakfast is OK, not too small but not too big either.

The parking situation is inconvenient and problematic, with cars being blocked by local residents.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities, including air conditioning in the rooms, add to the comfort of guests. Additionally, the location near the park is a bonus, allowing for relaxing walks and enjoying the outdoors.

Best aspects were the clean room with air conditioning and the friendly staff. the location was also convenient for my business trip.

There was no window that we could open for fresh air, and the air conditioning was not effective enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast did not provide a lot of options, and the music that was played throughout the hotel could be heard in the room at all hours of the day.

Clean rooms, flat TV with USB, good breakfast, friendly staff, WiFi signal excellent.

For us it was ideal.
